Like all DHS-series H Frame High Speed Blanking Press uses a welded steel frame, MS fabricated slide, and over-sized steel bolsters. This enables the press to deliver & ensuring longer die life and higher part quality.

Frame

Manufactued from high graded 2062 prime steel & stress relieved for maximum rigidity and long term accuracy.

The frame structure is designed by means of “Computerized finite element analysis”. It provides optimum design for frame strength and strain.

Slide Design

1. Manufactured from high graded 2062 prime steel and stress relieved for maximum rigidity and long term accuracy.

2. 8 Gibb Slide design is used to obtain maximum load-bearing capacity and maximum parallelism.

3. Liners used are 88/12 graded Phos. Bronze.

Precision Main Shaft

The driveshaft is made from EN19 forged high-speed carbon-alloy steel, ultrasonically tested, randomly tested for metallurgical properties, the ground at bearing surface and dynamically balanced for high-speed presses.
